Even the largest law firms are often times heavy on attorneys that have only worked in the private law firm sector.  They may have a strong command of “book” law, but lack the business and economic perspective gained from playing key roles at small, medium, and large companies.  Every member of RHC brings a strong business background to the practice of law.  Two partners hold MBAs from top universities, along with experience in international banking and defense contracting, respectively.  Our third partner has extensive experience in taxation, and also served as in-house counsel for a large national home builder.  This experience in the corporate sector provides a unique perspective on how legal strategies may affect client balance sheets far into the future, and we draw upon it every day to maximize our effectiveness.
