John R. Rowlett represents businesses in a variety of complex corporate and commercial transactional matters. His clientele includes hedge funds, private equity firms, banks, operating companies, holding companies, and other dynamic businesses which transact business in the United States and internationally. John (who goes by “J.R.” to his friends) has particular expertise in distressed asset transactions, as well as secured lending, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and commercial contracts.
In addition to his significant law practice experience, John brings valuable experience from the corporate sector, and holds an M.B.A. from one of the country’s top universities.
